Every artwork is carefully prepared and securely packaged by me before it leaves the studio.

I take particular care when packaging original paintings and framed artwork, using protective materials designed to keep your artwork safe during transit.

Your artwork will be carefully wrapped and protected, with additional protection around frames and vulnerable areas where needed.

For larger or particularly delicate pieces, I use appropriate specialist packaging to provide extra protection during delivery.

Once your artwork has been carefully packaged, it is handed to the chosen delivery service for its journey to you.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the packaging and artwork, so I can help resolve the issue.

I’m delighted to offer worldwide shipping, so you can bring a piece of my artwork into your home wherever you are.

Each artwork is carefully packaged and sent using a tracked delivery service appropriate to its size and destination.

UK

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information where available.

International

I ship internationally to selected destinations. Delivery costs are calculated according to the size of the artwork and your destination and will be shown at checkout where available.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the artwork or shipping price unless specifically stated.

International delivery times can vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

If you are interested in an artwork but your country is not currently available at checkout, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to look into delivery options for you.

A note about larger artworks

For larger or particularly delicate framed pieces, specialist delivery may be required. If this applies to your chosen artwork, I will contact you to discuss the safest delivery option before dispatch.

Every original artwork purchased from Sonia Parisi Art is an authentic, original work created by me in my studio.

I personally create each painting using traditional and mixed-media techniques, and every original is unique. Small variations, textures and marks are part of the character of an original painting and are not imperfections.

Each original artwork is supplied with details confirming the title of the work, medium and other relevant information about the piece.

Where appropriate, the artwork will also be signed by me.

My limited-edition prints are professionally produced from my original artwork and are individually numbered as part of the edition.

Each print is produced to a high standard and represents a carefully considered reproduction of the original artwork.

Your artwork is accompanied by the relevant information about the piece, so you can feel confident about what you are bringing into your home.

I want you to feel confident when choosing artwork for your home.

As my artwork is purchased online, you have certain legal rights to cancel your order if you change your mind. These rights apply in addition to your statutory rights if an artwork is faulty or not as described.

Original Artwork & Prints

If you change your mind about an artwork purchased through my website, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know that you wish to cancel.

You will then have a further 14 days to return the artwork.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaged securely. Please take care when handling and repackaging the artwork, as you may be responsible for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Unless the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described, return postage is normally the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned artwork has been received and checked, I will arrange the appropriate refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork and packaging.

I will work with you and the delivery service to resolve the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Commissions

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for you, personalised or custom-made commissions are not normally eligible for cancellation once work has begun, except where you have a legal right to cancel or where the artwork is faulty or not as described.

The terms of each commission will be agreed with you before work begins.

Make Your Artwork Purchase More Flexible

Finding a piece that feels right for your home is something to enjoy — not something to rush.

For original paintings priced over £500, I offer a personal arrangement to spread the cost:

 A 25% deposit secures your chosen piece. This deposit is non‑refundable should you cancel, as it reflects the loss from reserving the artwork and removing it from sale. If I am unable to proceed with the sale, your deposit will be refunded in full.

The balance may be paid in full the following month, or split into two equal monthly payments of 50%. Invoices will be sent to match your chosen schedule.

This is not formal credit — it’s simply a personal arrangement between us, with no extra fees or interest added. Standard delivery costs and return policy apply.

Checkout Payment Options

Where available, flexible payment options may also be selected directly at checkout. These are provided by the relevant payment provider and are subject to their terms and conditions. In all cases, the full purchase price remains the same — there are no hidden charges.

How it works

Once your deposit is received, the painting is marked sold on the website. Your artwork will be delivered once payment is received in full, at which point I’ll contact you to finalise delivery arrangements and confirm any shipping costs.

Nothing in these arrangements affects your statutory consumer rights.
